Welcome to SU: Legacy, a next-gen Supernatural RP that takes place in the year 2040. The Men of Letters has expanded to include three base locations across the continental US. Angels and demons have gone mostly dormant but there are still supernatural evils lurking in the shadows. The legacies could use your help. Are you in?
Giving credit where credit is due. A big thank you to all the coders at PBS and various resource sites for any codes, plug-ins and templates.
Thanks to Nick @ Fidelius for the fabulous mini-profile. Everything else was created by our own staff. If we missed someone please let us know.
We don't own Supernatural, we just enjoy it's awesomeness. Thanks Eric Kripke for creating it, all the writers/producers for putting out a great show and the CW for keeping it on the air for almost 10 years now!

Personal Style (write a short paragraph):
Typically Sid's fashion sense is kinda retro and simple. Her long blonde hair straight by nature but she curls it most of the time. Makeup is kept simple and classic. For work at the bakery she tends to wear cute, almost 50's retro style dresses that make people envision the whole June Cleaver in pearls thing. Caridgans and sweaters and skirts and cute shoes usually wrap it all up depending on the weather of course. She has some nicer dresses that she saves for special ocassions or going out. Around the house it's jeans and t-shirt or other comfy clothes like flannel pajamas or sweats.

Biggest Secret(s):
She doesn't believe the lie she's told herself and that the police told her about the people that attacked her and her parents on the night of their death.
Personality (write a decent paragraph): The girl next door. Sid is the All-American girl. Nothing particularly exceptional in a world of monsters, Slayers, vampires, and witches but she does have a heart of gold. Too much so really. Champion of lost causes and underdogs, she is the type that gives a sandwich and cup of coffee to the homeless man on the street, that takes in strays and takes care of them. She can have a sharp tongue when cross and can calmly cut a person right to the quick with her words but she has a lot of patience.
She might seem the calm shy and retiring type but deep down inside there's a part of her that yearns for excitement and danger. Maybe it's the reason she always seems attracted to the tall, dark, handsome and dangerous stranger. It's not something she would admit but it's there, under the surface.
Family and Friends:John and Renee Vincent - Deceased
Enemies and Rivals:None that she knows of
History: White picket fence in suburbia. Sunday school. Family dog. School plays and cheerleading. All these were utterly the norm for Sidney. Her parents ran a bakery in downtown Sioux Falls, SD and she grew up around the kitchens, learning from a young age how to bake just about anything. Life was normal as could be until the fateful night that people attacked the bakery, just before her high school graduation. She was with them making the last batch of cakes for the celebrations around town when a group of people with ink black eyes attacked the bakery and tortured and slaughtered her parents.
She was put in the hospital in a coma for several months after the attack. She never knew about the hunters that had stepped in and prevented her death but as a result of the attack her hearing was damaged from the blunt force trauma to her head. She never knew what really happened or why all she can remember are the glossy, solid black eyes of their attackers and how even when stabbed with a huge pastry knife they weren't slowed down. She rationalized it off in her head as the people being on PCP or something and the cops reinforced that idea.
Her dreams of going to college were shot. Her friends had moved on with their lives. She picked up the pieces of her life, the insurance settlement for the bakery and the life insurance policies had her set for life but she wanted to honor her parents and so she stayed in Sioux Falls and reopened the bakery in their memory and still works there to this day. She never found out why they were attacked and has quite a bit of anxiety each night when she closes up shop.

She was actually a rather wealthy woman. Not quite in the league of the Donald Trumps in the world but she wasn't hurting. Life was.....good more or less. Her family bakery in Lawrence was doing as good as it ever had, her nest egg from the various insurance settlements could have been a dinosaur egg and her house was paid off, the family home. She should have been happy. But ever since the night that took the lives of her parents, forever ripping them from her arms she had experienced this emptiness inside that she could not explain. She had been to therapists after she had woken from her coma. They had all assured her that the black-eyed monsters she'd seen were merely her mind projecting some supernatural ideal onto common robbers because her mind had perceived them as monsters. Traumatic stress hallucinations they called it. They said that is why she had vague recollections of the screams and the sight of the black smoke that shot out of their mouths when the others arrived.
But somewhere deep down she knew there was more to it than that. More that she needed to find out, to put their souls to rest. To end her own nightmares. She'd searched the papers and the internet for years, hoping she'd come across something and last week she had finally hit pay dirt. But there were different names used in different recollections of stories she'd found on various bulletin boards. Some called it Angel Investigations. Some called it Guardian Angel Investigations. She figured it was one and the same. It had to be. It was too similar right? But there was never an address given, just Los Angeles. That was all.
A few calls to a travel agent and her schedule cleared of orders at the bakery she was on her way to LA for a working vacation. She had no idea how much a Private Investigator like this would cost but she was prepared to put down whatever was needed. A rental car was waiting for her at the airport and after driving around in the rented convertible and getting lost she found her way into LA proper just in time for the car to sputter and steam and quit on her.
Great...just super. Walking down the sidewalk in the darkened neighborhood she knew she was going to die. Some mugger was going to kill her before she even got to catch up with her bags at the hotel where the airline had delivered them. The heels of her sandals clicked on the pavement as she walked pulling the thin white sweater around her as she went, looking for a house or a business that had lights on still. It was late and her cell phone was dead.
She walked along the wrought iron fence that surrounded what looked like an office building and some little urge told her to try this place. Walking up to the doors of the old building since there were lights on and opened the door tentatively and noticed that there wasn't anyone around as she made her way into the outer office area and stepped in a bit deeper. The lights were on..surly there was someone around. "Hello?" she called out softly as she walked toward what appeared to be the receptionist's desk. "I was wondering if I could use your phone?" she called out and turned in a circle to look around the place.
