Welcome to SU: Legacy, a next-gen Supernatural RP that takes place in the year 2040. The Men of Letters has expanded to include three base locations across the continental US. Angels and demons have gone mostly dormant but there are still supernatural evils lurking in the shadows. The legacies could use your help. Are you in?
Giving credit where credit is due. A big thank you to all the coders at PBS and various resource sites for any codes, plug-ins and templates.
Thanks to Nick @ Fidelius for the fabulous mini-profile. Everything else was created by our own staff. If we missed someone please let us know.
We don't own Supernatural, we just enjoy it's awesomeness. Thanks Eric Kripke for creating it, all the writers/producers for putting out a great show and the CW for keeping it on the air for almost 10 years now!

Death is undergoing a serious little problem. See, when Dean Winchester up and came back from the dead, he did something that's never really been done before. And, it had a slight little unseen result.
It broke Death's List.
Death's List is a delicate thing, yet more powerful than most people realize. It lists every death that has happened, is happening, and will eventually happen. Once a name is struck through, and the death has been recorded, there's no reversing it. Names can drop off the list, even switch around, but once a person dies, there's no coming back. That is, until Dean Winchester.
When Castiel pulled Dean out of hell, it basically threw a kink into the List. Because of Dean's name reappearing on the List, the List itself isn't working properly. Not only are some people dying out of order now, but others aren't dying at all. And the longer this little kink occurs, the more these things will grow out of control.
This means that in order for the List to be fixed, somehow Dean's name has to drop off the List...permanently. And the easiest way to do that, according to Azrael, the Archangel of Death, is to what Death does best...
Kill Dean Winchester.

Sam and I talked and we reckon we can link this plot with the search for the Colt one that we have kinda (very slowly) started already. Dean and Sam are heading to Ohio in the car, once they get there, I think you can start sending people after them. If we can get some of our new players involved in this too, that could be fun, so if you've got an idea how to get started, please post it here and we'll see if we can work it in somehow.
Well... I'm a new person that wants to get invloved... But I'm not evil or anything so I don't reckon Alistair would send me after the Winchesters... If you wanted I could have a death expirence, like it said above but not die... I don't know how that would really fit in besides maybe tipping people off that there's something going on. So...If you wanted I could start it off with the death thing... Or not, whatever.
She's mobile so she could be wherever you want her to be. Also just a point that she can't actually make her power work... It just sort of happens when she's mad or upset. However I'm sure if two handsome guys asked her to help she'd keep that secret and say sure XD

Well Stella, just an idea mixing everything suggested, but you could be the psychic that helps the boys try to find the Colt, and you can be someone that's supposed to die, but doesn't. During the course of helping the boys, something can happened that's supposed to kill you, but miraculously you don't die. That could be one of the few signs that something weird is going on with Death overall.
And Alastair, while Az won't directly contact you about killing Dean, you could always catch wind of it (all the Reapers will probably be hunting down Dean), and try to cash in on it. But, then again, you might not want to kill Dean, depending on a certain idea.
How about, just to make things more interesting, Az's List be one of the 66 Seals that need to be broken to free Lucifer? If that's the case, then it would mean that instead of wanting to kill Dean, the demons would want to keep Dean alive, at least long enough for his life to back up the list irreparably, and cause the entire thing to shatter?
And as far as the death attempts on Dean, I was thinking of some funny ideas. How about some "Final Destination"-esque death traps? I think that could be twisted into some funny scenarios.
Also, little side thought, but probably a good canon to be involved in this thing would be Castiel.

Seems cool, I'll join although I don't know how to fit....Nightingale is only a murderess when she goes unstable....and she tends to keep that side under lock and key... Although she is sort of an abomination.... if you could use her I would be glad to have some ideas bounced off of

Yes Terry, we were going to see how we could get you into this plot, but since then we haven't had chance to work on it. We've been a little sidetracked by the curse one lately and tieing up all the loose threads we have going. However there is nothing stopping you guys starting on this death list plot in the meantime, using the OC's we have until Dean and Sam can get around to joining in properly.

Well I think the best way for most people to get involved with this would probably be all the problems with Death. There's going to be a lot of weird things going on (think "Final Destination" type deaths, and other people getting shot or stabbed and not dying), so plenty of chances. And they'll probably be some issues with Reapers going wild too, so there'll be plenty of chaos going on.
