Welcome to SU: Legacy, a next-gen Supernatural RP that takes place in the year 2040. The Men of Letters has expanded to include three base locations across the continental US. Angels and demons have gone mostly dormant but there are still supernatural evils lurking in the shadows. The legacies could use your help. Are you in?
Giving credit where credit is due. A big thank you to all the coders at PBS and various resource sites for any codes, plug-ins and templates.
Thanks to Nick @ Fidelius for the fabulous mini-profile. Everything else was created by our own staff. If we missed someone please let us know.
We don't own Supernatural, we just enjoy it's awesomeness. Thanks Eric Kripke for creating it, all the writers/producers for putting out a great show and the CW for keeping it on the air for almost 10 years now!
Sooooo, I've been trying to find a way to fit into the group a little better, and figured perhaps if I had a sort of mini plot for Elle, then it may be easier for others to play with her.
I'm still trying to figure things out, but I was thinking that perhaps Elle could get herself into a little trouble with another witch or maybe a demon. First thing that came to mind was a way to keep her from spilling her blood at the tree that gives her magic (she must make a blood sacrifice to the goddess Morrigan in order to retain her magical abilities) and sense she is pretty addicted (and reliant) on it, she'd be sort of like a junkie going through withdrawls. I had in mind that maybe she accidently angers an old Obeah ( Obeah can either be a form of 'dark' magic or 'good' magic. As such, Obeah is similar to Palo, Voodoo, Santeria, rootwork, and hoodoo) woman-- who in turn hex/jinxes her and some how keeps her from leaving the city (maybe New Orleans since it has deep Vodou (voodoo) roots annnnd it happens to be one of my fave. towns!)
This witch or demon could be NPC's if no one would like to take up that task...
I was thinking that I might go ahead and start another open thread in hopes that someone would join. I picture Elle taking great interest in the vodou culture since she is visiting N.O. and maybe wanders into the House of Blues? I think RPing out watching some epic band play there would be neato. xD
Anyone interested in playing with my whimsical witch?

I do adore New Orleans too, I've never known a place so strangely insane! However the only link I can think of with Dean being there was the solo hunt he went on there when John first disappeared at the beginning of season one. They never actually said what that hunt was, so perhaps Dean burnt down her tree 'cause he thought it was evil That'd have to be a flashback thread though, dunno if you'd wanna do that. Just a thought for if you're stuck lady.
Noooooooo! Dean can't burn down the tree else my witch will be rather magic-less. xD Poor dear wouldn't know what to do with herself if she couldn't use magic on a daily basis....the little burnout! lol

*puts the lighter away again and looks sad* You got another idea then? Dean's well known for his dislike of witches. Though I can't imagine a run in with him would end that well for Elle unless she can convince him she's not evil.
awwwww, Dean... *digs out a pack of matches from her bag, lights the dead dried bush next to the ancient tree, annnnnnnd hands him a stick with a marshmellow at the end of it*
Yeah, I know how Dean hates witches...and I'm skkkkkkeeeerd. I actually wouldn't mind if he, you know, took a disliking to her because of the witch status. It would be awfully funny if Elle just kinda dismissed his dislike (like shes always had to do with haters) and still went on acting towards him in that airy-absent way. I don't know your Dean as well as mine, but I imagine it would irritate him a wee bit. An irritated Dean is so funny.
But, lessee, ideas....hrm... I don't know. I don't always want to have her as the damsel in distress, but what if their negative confrontation was interupted by something more ominous than a natural witch?
If I'm using the whole Obeah idea, the old black magic witch could send in a zombii in to blindly murder her for what she's done to the old lady. (yeah, still havent figured exactly WHAT she's done. IDK, maybe she...um....killed the witches familiar, which maya happened to be a terrifying creature of some sort--bah-- I'll have to figure this part out)

Woohoo!! Marshamllow!!! *sticks it in the fire until it almost melts off the stick*
Well, I'd imagine Dean would like Elle very much to begin with, riiiiight up until the point at which he found out she was a witch. Then he'd be very wary of her. I'm assuming at some point in his life Dean's had a nasty run in with someone with witchy ways and that's probably the cause of his dislike for them in general. That said, I doubt he'd shoot first unless there was a reason to. But if he feels there's a reason to mistrust her he'll investigate more thoroughly. You could have a stalker on your hands
Let me know if you think of anything and we'll see if we can work something out.
Hey Elle! If you're looking for something evil and witchy, Ruby could help. Though I'm playing her pretty neutral at the moment, so there'd have to be a reason for Ruby to be opposing Elle. We'd have to work that out. Or Ruby could go the other way and try to help her get her magic mojo back. Either way, if she can help your plot let me know
Well, I'd be so very glad if Dean and Elle could be friends I dont reckon she'd enjoy getting axed, orrrr...whatever hunters do to witches now-a-days. xD
I sentcha a pm Rooooobeeeeee.
Still working out the details for this one. May be making some changes to the plottage if'n a certain bad witch decides to join in the fun.

Ooo... I haven't axed anyone for ages! Though I have heard pouring water over a witch and watching her melt is also fun. Though that might only be in the Wizard of Oz....
