Bobby Singer had been pacing back and forth in his panic room getting it ready. He knew he had a lot of shit going on lately and he also knew that many more seals were breaking and the angels had a loosing battle on their hands. What he didn’t understand was WHY the angels were loosing. He knew SOMETHING was going on, but what? If Angels knew how to kill demons, with just their bare hands, something HAD to be happening. Bobby hadn’t seen Castiel in quite some time, so even though he had no hunts at the moment, Bobby was continuing to build and fix up the panic room even more.
Bobby walked around the room looking at everything. The devils traps were on the ceiling, the bed was in the corner, there was even a small fridge he had put in there to hold beer just in case. What else could he be missing? Bobby sat down to think a minute taking a break. He looked at the room. Everything was set. Even the poster on the wall was looking good. Dean would be proud of it. Bobby grinned staring at the girl on his wall. “To paradice ….” Bobby said taking a swig of beer
Bobby went back to his house to do some research. He needed a good hunt, a dambed good hunt, he couldn’t just sit around here when he KNEW seals were breaking. He got frustrated when Sam and Dean left him out of crap. He already lectured Dean on it, and this time he knew they were probably driving to their next hunt.
Bobby read some more about angels. From what Dean said, they seemed pretty slick. They also didn’t know what FOR, but he would soon find out. He was determined. He would be dambed if those angels tore the boys apart or hurt them in anyway. He wouldn’t let that happen.

Bobby knew something was going on. He too was watching the weather reports, and missing person reports and it was bothering him just as much. He was waiting to call Dean and Sam though, because he figured that they were already on a hunt and Bobby didn’t have all the facts yet. Mostly he was reading, going on the computer and watching the news. One of the odd things was the fact that this was happening all over the United States at certain areas. He knew demons had a little something to do with it.
Bobby sighed as he watched the news yet a THIRD time. He hated watching the news, it was mostly politics and crap like that, nothing Bobby was really into, but he had to watch it for the weather report.
Bobby looked at the news paper in front of him and sighed. What the hell was going on here? Bobby knew this was all part of the upcoming apocalypse. It had to be a seal. That was the only explanation. He decided to take a break and grab a beer. He went into his fridge, pulled out a cold one and sat down exhausted. All this research really did get tiring. It was much faster having the computer now, but even so… he needed to get out and hunt something. It had been a while and his salvage yard business was pretty slow this time of year.
Bobby suddenly felt his cell phone buzzing in his pocket and he took it out, “Hello?” he asked wondering who was calling him. The ID didn’t ring any bells. “This better not be Rufus,” he muttered to the other person.

Ben Taylor. The name rang in Bobby’s head. It sounded very familiar. Though he didn’t know why until he mentioned Jason Caine. Bobby nodded, “I remember son,” he said. “I haven’t heard from you all in a while, how you doing? How’s Jason?” Bobby wondered often how the two hunters got along.
Bobby felt like he was in Jason’s shoes a lot lately. He felt like it was his responsibility to watch after Sam and Dean, though he knew the boys were on their own. Still though…Bobby felt like he had a job, and that was to protect them both as much as possible. Those boys were like family to him, and family didn’t always end in blood.
“What’s going on Ben?” Bobby asked. “You didn’t call me just to shoot the breeze, what’s happening?” he asked.

Bobby knew that something was going on the minute the boy called. He had a feeling this wasn’t just a social car. He listened as Ben told him he was recovering from a car wreck. “A car wreck, “Bobby frowned. That boy had been through Hell and back, and now this crap was happening too. Bobby knew that Ben had it rough growing up, especially with Jason and all.
Bobby wondered how Ben and Jason were getting along. Last he heard it wasn’t that great. He couldn’t imagine what it was like to take on a son, but even so, he knew that Jason had been hard on Ben. Bobby didn’t believe a word of the poltergeist story Ben was telling him though he didn’t say so. “Poltergeist huh?” Bobby asked “That sounds interesting,” he said trying not to sound too sarcastic.
The thing was, Bobby wished Jason treated Ben better. He knew Ben would be in a much better state of things if Jason treated him more like his own like Bobby had with Dean and Sam when John died. Sure it was different, Dean and Sam were already grown, but even so… Bobby knew that if he hadn’t been there for them, things would have been MUCH different. Those boys were family to him. Nothing would change that.
Bobby remembered giving them time to themselves after John died, but then he wouldn’t let them out of his site. He only wished Jason did the same with Ben. He knew that wasn’t the case though.
“A hunt huh?” Bobby asked. He chuckled a little, ‘Legendary huh?” Bobby asked with a small smile. “I wouldn’t go THAT far son,” he chuckled. “I’ll help you, even without you having to kiss up,” Bobby said still chuckling at that. “Why don’t you meet me at my place? Or is it easier for me to come to you?” Bobby asked. “I’ll get Sam and Dean in on this also. They’ll be interested if its big,” Bobby said .

Bobby chuckled wondering what Ben was thinking. The thing was, Bobby had been around the Winchester boys long enough to know when someone was giving him a yarn of string. Bobby still didn’t believe the car wreck story for even a minute, but he was okay with that. He had a feeling that Jason and Ben were at each other’s throats or something and Ben didn’t want to tell him. He was fine with that though.
“Yeah, been hunting with Sam and Dean,” he said to Ben, “Good kids, they know they’re stuff. They’re Daddy filled them with a bunch of info,” he said
“Tell me where your at, I’ll call the boys and we’ll meet you,” Bobby said figuring if this really WAS big they would need back up, big time.
Bobby got out a pad and pencil to write down the directions. He wanted to make sure to get an exact location in case something happened to the boy God for Bid.
“Don’t do anything until we get there,” Bobby ordered him. “Tell me where your at,” he said.

Bobby listened to Ben and he could tell he wanted to leave. It was pretty obvious with the way he said it. “Alright then,” he said. Bobby gave Ben directions. “I’ll see you here,” he said to him. “I’m going to call Dean and Sam and see if they can meet us over here. Drive safe boy,” he said and hung up.
Bobby picked up the phone again and dialed Dean’s numbed, “Dean?” He asked. He got the voicemail. “Dean, its Bobby,” he said, “Listen, I spoke to an old friend,” he explained, “Said something big is going on, I need you to meet me at my place, bring Sam if you can,” he said leaving a message. “Something’s happening…” Bobby said “Sounds like something bigger then we think,” he added. “Could really use the both of you this time,” he said.
Bobby knew things were on the fritz with Dean and Sam’s relationship lately though Bobby was determined to fix it. Still though, Bobby knew that he wanted them both to be there for a reason. Something was happening. He didn’t know what, but it was bad.

Bobby had been waiting for Ben to arrive. He knew the boy would come soon and so he was getting everything ready. He mostly got his books out, and anything else he thought he might need for the occasion. He still hadn’t heard from Dean and Sam yet and he hoped the boys were alright. He figured they were probably just busy with a hunt. They usually called him back one way or another.
Bobby picked up the phone, “Ben?” he asked figuring it was the younger hunter. He had already put him in speed dial.
Bobby knew Ben was close by and he turned the lights on outside so he could see when he came in. He figured the boy had to be hungry and tired so he already got some stuff ready for him when he came.

Bobby chuckled a little. He could tell Ben was exhausted, and he knew that the poor kid had been driving forever. Bobby had warm food and cold beer ready for him, even though he knew what the kid probably needed the most was a nap.
Bobby opened the door when he said he was there. He laughed when he realized the kid was still on the phone, “Your phones on kid,” Bobby said laughing a bit. He could tell just how tired the kid was.
Bobby walked outside to meet him and he smiled, “I won’t shoot you,” Bobby said as he walked outside in front of Ben. “But you auta hang that phone of yours up now,” Bobby chuckled and pulled the kid in a tight hug, “Where’s your stuff kid? I’ll help you get it, you look like Hell,” he said to him.
Bobby grabbed Ben’s stuff, “Follow me,” he said “Inside I got cold beer, hot food and a bed waitin for you, well a couch, but I hope it suits you okay,” he said. He only had one bed in his house really. He knew one of these days he needed a guest bedroom, but he hadn’t had the time to build one. He put in the panic room first and then considered that to be his guest bedroom. “Although I gotta tell you, you look like you could use a sleep more then anything,” he noted.

Bobby Singer: You have one new voicemail.
The sound on the message is distorted and in parts muffled completely by crackling sounds of interference. The voice is tired and weary.
"Bobby? It's Dean. We're in...." *crackle, crackle hiss* "...knee deep in a big already if you know what I mean. Cas... " *hiss, crackle, crackle* "...more fuglies involved than we thought. Will...." *crackle, hiss* "...soon as we can."
End of message. To listen again, press one. To delete, press two.

“Good to see you too Boy,” Bobby said to Ben with a smile. He grabbed Ben’s stuff in the back seat and helped him to the house. “No reason for the weapons to come in, I got plenty inside,” he said.
Bobby led the way to his house and smiled when Ben yawned again, “Couch is comfy I promise you,” he said to him. Bobby grinned and looked at Ben wanting him to feel as welcomed as possible. He knew a little bit about how he and
“You mean Jason don’t cook hot meals for you boy?” Bobby asked him with a chuckle knowing Jason wasn’t exactly the motherly type. “Come on in I….” Bobby continued to talk until his phone rang. He picked it up.
He frowned when the phone went to voicemail. He listened to it and heard Dean’s frantic voice on the other end. “What the Hell….” Bobby started to say as he held the phone to his ear.
He looked at Ben, “Somethings going down….” He said to him, “Something big and Sam and Dean are caught up in the middle of it,” Bobby said frantically when he hung up. Bobby wasn’t sure what to do. Here he had Ben with him, tired and exhausted from a long trip, but Dean and Sam were in something, and Dean was trying to tell him something about Castiel too. Bobby looked at Ben, “I uh…” he sighed. "Come on boy, lets go inside," he said trying to stay calm.
