Boardwide Seal Plot - Part 3 - THE SEALS

For the Seal plot we are going to need some seals to go after.


For now we are going to go with six seals left to be broken.

This is the place to post if you have an idea for a seal to be broken.

Please keep in mind, at this point we don't want it to be something that will be too long and drawn out. We don't really want to use people as seals either.

They need to be something the hunters can go after and stop the demons from breaking them or in some cases they will not be able to stop them from being broken.

Again, we are on the fast track for this plot right now so please. If you got ideas. Get them posted up or the staff will come up with the six final seals and then just assign them to the teams.

Also... if you have ideas on which players would make up good teams. This is the place to express your opinions on that as well.

Maybe you think it would be a funny pair up or whatever. Your chance to give us your ideas.

Everything will be taken into consideration and final decisions will be made by the staff.

I like this idea. I have no ideas other then Cas can maybe work with Sam and Dean, and I'm assuming Bobby would too like the show. Cas knows Ren and Annali also so thats another possibility. So does Bobby. Anyways, I'm up for anything. If anyone else wants to work with Cas let me know.

rofl well I doubt Annali is going to be very useful, it kind of depends on what the seal is. It would be cool for her to have something to do but we all know that if it just involves going in and killing something badass, she's not the girl for the job. I'm open as far as what I do but it would be cool to have a helpful role. I'll post if I can think of a unique seal. Also if you think Lydia can be useful with her undead armies for a seal plot I don't mind bringing her back or letting an admin play her if you like, or if Isaac is needed for something but I don't see him joining in on one of the teams... but as long as he doesn't get killed or anything I'm cool using him as a supporting character if needed.

Yeah, I've got some ideas in my head. I need to sort them out and also talk to the other admins of course.

A few possible ways for Annali to do stuff and be useful as well as some of the other people who are concerned because they aren't strictly "hunters."

Maybe we could tailor some seals to certain demons that are breaking them? Like, Moloch could have one that specifically needs to be broken by him, Jordan could have one specifically for her, Phoenix could have one, etc. Like maybe this is a specific gathering of certain demons for a reason. Maybe that could allow for more people to become useful, if they’ve encountered one of those demons. Or people could have to figure out the M.O. of a certain demon to figure out what the seal is.

Just an idea. Thoughts?

*waves hand frantically in the air* Question! I haven't any specifics but could a seal be something that physically needs breaking?

Oh or something that the good guys are protecting but in fact it needs to be destroyed, so therefore they are breaking the seal? Does that makes sense?

Well I know I am new here, and not approved yet, but I do have and idea of sorts and I suppose that it could be worked in with a few seals. Traditionally in Christian demonology there are seven princes of hell. I would assume that a few of them are already out but it could lead up to the final seal, as these dudes are bad ass. They are old old old, I am talking like worshipped as gods in biblical times old as well as being associated with the seven deadly sins. However I am pretty sure the sins have already been taken out, never the less, here is a list of the demons.

Lucifer - Pride
Mammon - Avarice
Asmodeus - Lust
Satan - Anger
Beelzebub (also called Baal) - Gluttony
Leviathan - Envy
Belphegor - Vanity and Sloth

As you can see, Lucifer is in the list, so idk... just a thought.

Oh, however... since there seems to always be a good and evil thing going on, balance is key.

Now based on what I know about the show there are Four arch-Angels, and that is based off Protestant belief, the roman Catholic Church only recognizes three, and the coptic-Christians recognize seven angels.

Through out most of the "Ologies" behind this stuff there is a certain sense of balance. Seven deadly sins, seven heavenly virtues. Seven Princes of hell, seven arch-angels. Yin and Yang if you will.

So if you want to follow the guidelines of the show with in reason, you can easily make it so there are only four princes of hell (which are different than the four horsemen), My recommendation would be Lucifer is one (obviously), Leviathan, Mammon, and Beelzebub as there are many more resourses on their demonology. That is assuming that you use this.

I'm up with working with anyone, I think it would be fun! I'd like to get back to it more around here, and this would be awesome to get in on... still trying to think of some sort of seal, no ideas yet...

OOOOOOOOH! What about something that would be a little mythical, like the demons found the Holy Grail and they have to destroy it.. but they aren't allowed to touch it, so they have to find someone and trick them into getting their hands on it and breaking it?

Ok... Believe it or not we've actually been working on this.


So, here is the deal.


There will be a total of 7 good guy teams. 1 team will be the headquarters team. They will be important in feeding the field teams information and recording information that the teams send in. They will also be the go to researchers while the others are off looking for their seals.

The other 6 teams with be 2-3 person teams and I have them worked out, but you'll just have to wait and see in the thread.

Also, there will be 8 demons and 7 seals to be broken. Though, it's not as easy as that.

Lilith will man the demon command center on her own At least for now.

The demon part I'm gonna have to sort out still. I'm not sure how we can run this as each demon will be by themselves (except for Ruby and Bela) so in order to thread I'm not sure how that will work.

A couple ideas that I don't know if feasible or not:

1. The demon that is sent to break the seal can post in the same thread as the hunters who are sent to save that seal. The demon will have to have quite a bit of monologue and working on their own until they end up meeting the hunting team where the battle will ensue for the seal.

2. Each demon could just do a serious of post in their own thread chronicling their efforts to find and get to the seal they are assigned. Could include NPC characters that they need to get information from and such.

3. One big giant thread for all the demons to chronicle their quest for their seals and also keep in touch with Lilith to report on their progress along the way.

If anyone has any other ideas on this let me know. Until the demon meets up with the hunter team it might be a little weird. So, help me out if you have ideas.

I have ideas for 5 of the 7 seals. I need to discuss them with the other admin before I let you know what they are and then decide which team and which demon gets what seal.

I like the idea of the demon hopping in on the hunters thread and monologuing until the showdown but I am also fond of the idea of the one where the demon will be posting in their own thread, sort of like a demon journal. I personally feel that I would get uber confused with the all in one demon thread.

I also assume that if we don't do the all in one thread, we'll have a conclusive meeting thread to report back to Miss Lilith.

Seal Ideas: Something like the sacrifice of one or all three Fates? Or would that confuse things because it's Greek mythology? *shrugs*
