WANTED: Seals to be Broken! Or Not...

We are working on getting some plots revolving around the breaking of the seals going. We have one in the works that will be posted soon. Maybe already posted by the time you read this.

Anyway... We would like to hear from YOU guys out there if you have any ideas on something that could be a Seal. They could be a Seal that actually gets broken or a Seal that hunters, angels or others stop from getting broken.

Give a post here if you have ideas for us.

well I briefly mentioned in IM to Greg, but my plan with Lydia is for her to eventually become a lich... what this will mean is that she sacrifices her soul through rituals and such and eventually becomes so wrapped up in dark magic that she becomes immortal. Um... an example that people would relate to would be Voldemort in HP, though it would work differently. The idea isn't one that originated from the HP world, after all:P

So I was thinking, what if one of the seals is the rising of certain significant figures from the past. Maybe one of the rituals Lydia needs to perform consists of resurrecting a certain number of significant terrorists/horrific historical figures. And... yeah its 5 am and that's all I got

Hehe... that could be interesting. Then they'd have to track down people like Hitler and send them back to hell. Then try to stop her from bringing all the people back she needs before the seal breaks.

Found this whilst scouring the internet and while I have no idea what it actually says, it sounds very seal-y...

It's from Dante and references St. Francis of Assisi who was well documented to have stigmata. My suggestion to break this seal, is to use the blood of a stigmatic (Brody) in a ritual, much like the shedding of a reaper's blood broke a seal. Only it would have to be blood from each one of the five stigmata wounds, it wouldn't work if you just pricked Brody's finger and used that.

So there we go, that's my suggestion. Make of it what you will.

I like that idea, and the angels can find out about it and try to interfere with the hunters. The burning of a church thing sounds cool too.

I don't know... I want to help but the only thing I could think of as a seal is like a sacrificing virgin girl or something like that... If anyone else is feeling creative Sera is a Nephilim... If that could be of use. I'll brainstorm when I'm not so tired and see if I can be of more help...

So in both an attempt to come up with an impressive starter post to use in my trial period and to come up with some seals to break, I got this. Asmodeus, Leviathan, Amon, Belphegor, Mammon, Beelzebub and Lucifer. Maybe not in that order, but we know who's going to be the last one on the list. Lol. Feel free to use any of them if you want I only came up with a way to break Asmodeus’ seal. . . yeah the demon of lust is the one I thought about the most- what does that say about me? Anyway, freeing these demons breaks a seal, that’s six seals right there.

For Asmodeus who’s all about the carnal desires I figured the ritual that would free him would be will a really big orgy. . . Now just hear me out! There doesn’t have to be anything graphic at all (Not sure the ages of everyone on the board, keeping it pg is probably the best thing to do) And we don’t want the seal to be broken so we don’t want the major sex to happen. Basically Alistair goes after a nun Cas tries to stop him on his own and Al kidnaps the angel to use as the virgin sacrifice, thing. After all Cas’ deflowering is what breaks the seal, so we just gotta stop that from happening, is all.

Since we talked about it before, you know my answer, so long as Cas doesn't actually DO anything I'm fine with it lol. He'll just be freaked out Cas hahaha. That will be fun! Yes our little Cas will always remain a virgin, least till the show deems otherwise LOL.

Actually, I do kinda like the idea of this, cause I could totally come rescue the damsel in distress (Cas! Ha ha ha...). Would be fun to have a bit of a showdown with Alastair too, we could use it as a set up to many future run ins as Dean tries to stop the seals getting broken.

Woo! Awesome plottage, guys! I guess I'll post the idea we're talking about for an adaptation of this 40th Seal plot Ben had started. Some of you already know about this, and there will be an official in-character announcement type thing posted when we're getting ready to start it, but here's the general gist.

Basically, a bunch of demons would snatch an angel's vessel and a demon and do a ritual involving the mixture of their blood being drained onto some sort of sigil. The running and mixing of the blood would break a seal.

We're thinking of having Kaitlin, who was a part of one of Ben's plots, be a vessel (or course she doesn't know she is), and having A.J. jump in to help, only to be the one they grab to sacrifice to this ritual.

The plan is to have this seal break to give the side of evil a one-up. We'd need demons, angels, hunters, etc. Still working out the details, but opinions are welcome.
