Welcome to SU: Legacy, a next-gen Supernatural RP that takes place in the year 2040. The Men of Letters has expanded to include three base locations across the continental US. Angels and demons have gone mostly dormant but there are still supernatural evils lurking in the shadows. The legacies could use your help. Are you in?
Giving credit where credit is due. A big thank you to all the coders at PBS and various resource sites for any codes, plug-ins and templates.

We don't own Supernatural, we just enjoy it's awesomeness. Thanks Eric Kripke for creating it, all the writers/producers for putting out a great show and the CW for keeping it on the air for almost 10 years now!
Adam left home no more than one month ago, since they he had killed two ghouls, lay one spirit to rest, and potentionally picked up the trail of a demon (That still hasn't panned out) so, it's not like he's totally a green horn right? Right? Well, it's not like it was going to get any easier, he needed time to juggle finding out where his brothers were and doing this whole Hunting thing. With this information he has now, it's hard not do fall trapped to the lifestyle of helping others, mostly because they can't help themselves. This kind of pressure, moral obligation, it weighs when someone isn't there to show you the way. Luckily however there was one who has showed him the way, a lead of sorts. Man pointed him to a bar where he can find some useful information on Sam and Dean, the guy seemed to know a lot about them and even Adam himself, had a smell about him he didn't really like but in the midst of hunting that demon he bumped into him. After the trail went cold, but hey can't win them all right?
The bar was middle class to high end, somewhat of a club but not really. He had to flash some i.d. and wait in a small line before entering but it was a piece of cake really. Bouncers were abound, and people were dressed up from casual to semi-formal. Dresses, dress shirts, and jager bombs. Weird mixture, but it had a nicely aged smell to the place that screamed sophistication meets urban life. Adam looked around, the smell of booze, body spray, and perfume filled the air as people danced against one another, drinking and 'wooing' to the music that flowed from the in wall and in ceiling speakers orchestrated by a seemingly invisable dj.
Adam sighed and looked around, he didn't even know who he was meeting he was just told that they would meet him or he'd know when he was approached. He felt out of place, awkward, not that he was under dressed he just felt out of place. Moving over towards a barstool he leaned forward and attempted to catch the eye of the rather busy bartender, but the lack of boobs seemed to discourage him from approaching the youngest Winchester. Figures. Adam hates places like this, music like this, people like this, and expensive drinks like this. He better well find a damn good lead on his brothers coming to this crap hole of an establishment.
After realizing that no service would come to him in the form of a bartender he looked around for an empty table which wasn't hard surprisingly, he found an unoccupied back booth away from the crowd. Maybe he can try to spot the person he was supposed to meet before they spotted him, as unlikely as that was he just wanted to be away from the crowd on the dance floor. Everyone seems to be moving about, getting all sweaty and giddy with stupid delight. Reminded him the nights that the popular kids in high school would go on about, and to be honest the sound of it would never really appeal to Adam. Seemed tiring, pointless, and maybe it was just his bitter mood towards the fact he never got invited to such gatherings. But he really thought it was all stupid down to it's core.
"Great." He said outloud to himself, his legs shaking under the table, his hands folded together on top as his head poked out of the booth every so often to check out anyone coming in or approaching of course he had a major blind side and wasn't even looking in the other direction. Adam was just tired, annoyed, and exhasted. He was constantly looking at his watch, wondering to himself how long was he willing to wait for this person.

Bela sat at the bar sipping on a glass of champagne, when the young man walked into the club. It was a high end place, a band playing jazz music on the stage. The booths were made of real leather, no nicks or scratches in the table tops. The lights were dimmed adding to the ambiance, but Bela had a clear view of the blonde haired blue eyed man as he searched around the bar.
When she’d received a call that a Winchester was looking for her, Bela had been truly surprised. As far as Dean and Sam knew, she was dead and still residing in hell. She and Dean had spent many years down there together. Her hand tightened slightly around the glass. Bela took a deep breath correcting her posture. There was no sense on dwelling over the past.
This Winchester, Adam, her contact had said, was definitely not part of her past. He was young, and his demeanor was nothing like that of his brothers. Bela supposed that was because John hadn’t brought the youngest child into the world of the Supernatural. That was most certainly a mistake.
The boy was young, vulnerable, and completely out of his element. She doubted he even knew what a rugaru was. In fact, the boy was probably about to meet his first demon, though she had no intention of telling him that. Standing, Bela smoothed out her little red cocktail dress and finished off her champagne. Squaring her shoulder’s Bela walked over to the booth where Adam had sat down.
Putting a seductive smile on her face, Bela slid into the seat next to him. “Buy a girl a drink, yeah?” She winked at him and gestured a server over without waiting for him to answer. “Martini dry, extra olives.” She looked at Adam. “A strong lad like you is probably a whiskey drinker, yeah?” She looked back at the server. “Crown and coke on the rocks.”
The server nodded and walked away. Bela smiled and brought her attention back to Adam. She wondered if he was even legal to drink. No one here would question her though. Even if he was underage, it didn’t matter.
“Oh, I’m sorry. How rude of me.” She held out her hand. “I’m Bela. It’s a pleasure to meet you…” She let the sentence hang, waiting for him to answer.
Bela knew that Adam was waiting for her, but at the moment, it was better that Adam didn’t realize she was the woman he was looking for. She wanted to get a feel for him, see just what she was working with. How easy would it be to use this boy against his brothers? How easy would it be to sink her claws into him and have a new toy to play with?
She figured Adam wasn’t looking for someone like her. He was probably expecting some rough and ragged hunter type. Not a sexy British woman with killer legs and an adoring smile. Besides she might be able to find out more information if he was clueless as to who she is. At least for now. Besides, he didn’t look like someone who could hold his liquor. He would be an easy mark.
“So what brings you to a place like this?” Reaching out she traced his jaw with her finger, letting a spark of lust show in her eyes.
It happened so fast. Caught him off guard. Completely dumbfounded as the English speaking woman slid into the booth next to him, asking him to purchase her a drink he supposed as good favor for her company. It was the lady way he supposed? Before he could even respond she called attention to the server who immediately took her order. Surprisingly enough she got his order right, rye and coke would have also worked. Though he remained silent, hell that was all he could do since he was still attempting to regain his equilibrium on the whole matter without blushing like a total baboon ass in front of what seems to be an exotic sort of woman who was hot to boot.
Somehow, somewhere inside of him Adam wondered how his mom would have reacted if he brought this woman home who seemed to be older then he. That kind of put a small smile on his face, someday he wish he could have shared this world his father kept hidden from him with his mom and other days he was kind of glad John hid it. Though he'd never admit it.
“I’m Bela. It’s a pleasure to meet you…”
When she introduced herself as Bela and extended her hand he blinked a bit and scratched the back of his head with one hand nervously while his other hand awkwardly and abruptly shook hers. Though that brief moment of skin contact Adam could feel how soft her hand was, it was kind of nice.
"Hi I'm Bela-- I mean, hi I'm Adam. It's a pleasure to meet you," He paused for a second, clearing his throat and then adding "Too, I mean. Hi." It then brought up a question into Adam's mind if this was the person he was waiting for, this hot British chick? Oh god was Dean with her? Because that'd be awkward cause she is just so damn-- No, usually women he has come across would slap him if he said the name Dean Winchester and if she was meeting Adam she knew his last name right? It was confusing, he kept his mouth shut. Maybe she was just here because he seemed out of place and maybe she liked that? Some girls like that right? It was weird.
When he felt her touch on his jaw, her finger tracing along, it felt as if his insides jumped but he remained motionless turning a little red looking at her lips when she spoke he blinked. He was glad he shaved his face today, feels like a babies bottom. Wait, maybe she didn't like clean shaven?-- Oh god what was Adam thinking now.
"I'm uh-- Waiting for someone actually. Who um, I'm supposed to meet because he has information-- Cause um he needs to tell me something about things."
Post by belatalbot on Aug 30, 2010 12:22:59 GMT -8
Bela smiled at Adam’s stuttering. He really was quite adorable. Not rugged like Dean or pretty like Sam, but adorable none the less. He was also still young, so she figured he would fill out soon enough. She let him continue talking on and realized that this poor boy had no experience what so ever with women. His confidence was something he was going to have work on if he were to make it in this world.
"I'm uh-- Waiting for someone actually. Who um, I'm supposed to meet because he has information-- Cause um he needs to tell me something about things."
Making a show of sensually crossing her legs, Bela leaned back and spread her arms over the back of the booth. “Really? That’s sounds very mysterious.” She let a curious look slip into her gaze. “Are you undercover then? Working for the feds?” She looked him up and down. “I could see it. I imagine you’re much older than you look so they take advantage of that, yeah?”
The server brought their drinks over to them and Bela sipped on hers and then looked at Adam with wide worried eyes. “Oh dear, am I intruding then? Would you like me to go?”
Bela was in fact the informant that Adam was looking for, but she saw no reason to let onto that just yet. This was much too fun and the night had only just begun. She hadn’t been around someone so entirely naïve in a very long time. It wasn’t her fault that he wandered into their world looking for his brother, completely unprepared. He probably didn’t even know the words Christo or Deus. Even if he did he probably wouldn’t know how to use them.
Oh no, Bela was not going to let this opportunity slip through her fingers.
Adam couldn't get his mind off of her frame, her legs, her arms, the way she moved subtlely and the way she spoke. Adam's eyes had to keep darting from one to the other as to not seem rude or that he gaze was lingering. It was hard to look into her eyes, because Adam had the creepy feeling that she was somehow knowing, that he was either full of shit or something more that made Adam question time and time again in his mind if she was the person he was supposed to meet. Looking down at his watch, he noted that the person should have shown up by now. All Adam could do was wait, and continue the conversation in the company of this beautiful woman. Not that there was a lot more Adam would like to be doing with his time anyway, this seemed like time well spent.
“Really? That’s sounds very mysterious.” He watched as her eyes seemed to be filled with curiosity, was it authentic or was she patronizing him for being all stutter like. God this was embarrassing. “Are you undercover then? Working for the feds?” He followed her eyes as she seemed to give him the up and the down, as if sizing him up. “I could see it. I imagine you’re much older than you look so they take advantage of that, yeah?” She was way off base with that one, or did she just want him to be a fed. Do women find federal agents attractive? Sure, they full of mystery and such and half the t.v. shows that are on are about the exciting day to day life of federal agents and police officers.
Before Adam could stutter up a reply, she seemed to continue on, this time her eyes filled with worry. Again, Adam could never tell if it was authentic or she was playing him. Why did he feel that way? Mostly because she was beautiful and he was-- Well, he was out of place.
“Oh dear, am I intruding then? Would you like me to go?” Adam held his glass awkwardly in his hand and took a sip, when she asked the question of her departure from the table Adam attempted to remain calm and not spit out just any reply that comes to mind. He leaned over and looked out both ways and then sat back down in his seat properly.
"Person I'm supposed to meet isn't here, so no you aren't intruding." He scratched the side of his head and took a long heartfelt swig of his poison. He needed it, especially if he was going to get into more conversation with this mysterious woman.

"Person I'm supposed to meet isn't here, so no you aren't intruding."
Bela let her shoulders visibly relax as she let out a breath that she can honestly say she hadn’t been holding. This game was going far better than she hoped. Adam was truly green when it came to this world. He had no bloody idea what he was doing and it wouldn’t be hard to kill him.
The thought had crossed Bela’s mind, but she saw no benefit or reward in doing so. Adam wasn’t a threat, and obviously Dean and Sam had no idea he existed. The elder Winchester brothers could not mourn a family member they didn’t know existed. They may care if they ever found out, and would possibly want retaliation for the simple fact that Adam is their blood, but for now, killing the youngest Winchester would not have the desired effect that Bela was looking for. No, there were much better and less gory ways to go about this. Ways that would be more beneficial in the long run.
Sipping her wine, Bela gave Adam a sheepish smile. “What a ninny you must think I am.” She giggled a bit as if she were slightly tipsy. “Going on about you as if you were some sort of undercover spy.” She sighed wistfully. “I suppose I fancy a taste of danger in men. It is quite appealing.”
Noticing that both her and Adam’s drinks were just about empty she gestured for the server again. He noticed Bela and quickly made his way over. She ordered a refill on their drinks waiting for the server to walk away before turning back to Adam. “I hope you don’t mind that I ordered you another. The tab is on me of course seeing as how I invited myself to as your company.” She smiled flirtatiously at him.
It didn’t take the server long to bring them their drinks and Bela offered the server a content nod before he quickly walked away. With them once again alone Bela gave her full attention back to Adam, letting a bit of confusion seep into her eyes. “Do you mind if I ask you a question?”
It was something Bela really was looking forward to hearing the answer to. Since he had said it had been weighing on her mind. While he was obviously new to this she couldn’t understand how he had missed one simple and obvious fact. “This person you’re waiting on, you say you don’t know what he looks like, yeah?”
Picking up her glass and swirling her wine around a bit, Bela let that portion sink into Adam’s head for a moment. “Well if you don’t know what this man looks like, how do you know he isn’t here?”
Adam remained silent as she spoke, calling herself a ninny which he just had always assumed meant stupid. He never really had a chance to ask someone who actually used that word if that's what it meant but that's what it sounded like it meant. It seemed like she was trying to make him comfortable and uncomfortable all at the same time, like a yo-yo effect that seems to be making Adam's head spin. What was the purpose of that? Or was she doing it deliberately. What purpose though, still.
“I suppose I fancy a taste of danger in men. It is quite appealing.” Of course she did, Adam didn't really feel dangerous so he highly doubted he could impress her with what he did which was-- Well actually what he did was pretty cool, but it's not like he should spout things like that, not a very good example of a mentally stable person is that they fight demons and spirits.
“I hope you don’t mind that I ordered you another. The tab is on me of course seeing as how I invited myself to as your company.” Adam looked down at his drink, didn't even realize it was empty or getting empty, he doesn't usually drink this fast but he assumed he was subconsciously drinking up to be able to have the nerve to talk to this woman who seems to be mentally sneak attacking him making him nervous. Do women get off on bumbling young men? Maybe the dominate ones. Wait, maybe she slipped something into his drink. Oh the thoughts that went through his mind when that second glass came.
“Do you mind if I ask you a question?” Adam raised a brow, curious as to her question he nodded his head while taking a hearty sip of his poison. He listened intently. “This person you’re waiting on, you say you don’t know what he looks like, yeah?” He nodded his head affirming, but the man who told him that someone would meet him seemed to leave out all the details and when asked said "They would know you." He couldn't help but think Bela was about to give out the big reveal, it had crossed his mind several times through this conversation that she was the person he was supposed to be meeting in which case he'd be somewhat pleased since he already seemed acquainted with her. Or maybe it'd just make the conversation all the more awkward when it came down to business. “Well if you don’t know what this man looks like, how do you know he isn’t here?” Perhaps, this just confirmed it.
"Well the man I set this up told me that they'd know me and I'd just assume they'd walk up and--" Adam paused for a second and shook his head, almost burring his smile in his glass. Of course, why else would someone that looked like her approach him in a place like this. When he thought it was her he shouldn't have doubted to begin with, it only made sense. On one hand it was unfortunate, it'd be kind of flattering if she approached him without reason.
"But I assume that person is you, don't I feel a little moronic." Perhaps if he was more focused on why he was here and not at her bosom, perhaps he would have connected the dots in a more solidified manner.
"Well the man I set this up told me that they'd know me and I'd just assume they'd walk up and--"
Bela raised her eyebrows, waiting patiently for him to go on. He finished his thought silently, but she could see the gears spinning in the young man’s head. Honestly she had never met a slower hunter. The fact that he was new at all this wasn’t much of an excuse. If she were a more sinister sort of demon he’d already be dead.
Tsk tsk, John. You’ve put your youngest boy in more danger by not introducing him to this world.
Realization seemed to have struck Adam as a small smile spread across his face. Bela settled into the booth, spreading her arms across the back, a knowing smirk on her own face as she continued to let Adam figure the details out.
Technically she was doing him a favor. If he lived long enough to get into a situation like this one again, he might be a little quicker on his feet. Perhaps in the end of it he’d still be dead, but he’d know a little more about what he was getting himself into in the beginning. As naïve as he was, Bela wondered if Adam would even be able to find his brothers before he wound up dead.
"But I assume that person is you, don't I feel a little moronic."
Bela nodded in approval and applauded him quietly. “Very good. I was wondering when you would figure it out.” She winked at him and sipped more wine. “Don’t feel so bad, yeah? You’ve got to learn the hard way. Just be grateful I’m not some nasty demon. They would not have been so kind.”
Bela knew that there was still so much more of the game to play. Adam had learned the first few steps in their little dance, but she had so much more to teach him. “So then, Adam, tell me exactly what information it is you’re looking for.”
The way she looked at him with a raised brow and a smile, it felt more embarrassing then it did patronizing for his own mistake of not coming to the conclusion sooner. He liked that about this Bela character, oddly enough the balance between uncomfortable and comfortability in her company is starting to even out. Which one would guess in their line of work of informant would be a rather useful trait set to have indeed.
With a wink and a sort of mental sympathy pat Adam didn't feel as stupid, she seemed rather nice about it and it really didn't set any alarms off in Adam's head. Perhaps he was not thinking with his upstairs brain right now, the world of Hunting he figured would be met with dirty truckers and hillbillies but strangely enough here he is in a fancy bar with an older wordy exotic English woman with a smoking hot body. Why didn't John want him doing this again?
"Well yeah, good you aren't a demon or I'd probably be in a tight bind right about now. Last thing I need is a ranky ass skank of a demon trying to kill me now." He paused for a second, running his finger along the rim of his glass before picking it up and taking a big swig, smacking his lips at the crisp cool yet heat intense taste of the whiskey and coke mix.
“So then, Adam, tell me exactly what information it is you’re looking for.” Right, the information he needed to find his brothers. That's why he was there for right? Despite the non-agreement of one's downstairs brain, his upstairs one needs to constantly remind him of the task at hand which is find his only living remaining family and-- and do what? Choke them to death for being John's favorites? They had him around the clock, Adam had him for one day a year and he kept this huge secret from him and his mom that got her killed. If not blame his brothers, who could he blame that was living. Adam was determined to find them.
"I heard you may have a quick way of contacting Dean and Sam Winchester, you already know my name so you can see why I'd want to find them. One day you wake up and you realize you really have no one else left to give two shits and then you find out you have-- Never mind, not really important. So you think you can help me out?" Not that Adam didn't mean to, but he became somewhat of a doughy eye'd puppy when asking her, because perhaps that's all he was right now, a doughy eye'd puppy who was lost and needed to find his way. He was immensely grateful that this Bela character wasn't some demon out to harm him. He lucked out there.

"I heard you may have a quick way of contacting Dean and Sam Winchester, you already know my name so you can see why I'd want to find them. One day you wake up and you realize you really have no one else left to give two shits and then you find out you have-- Never mind, not really important. So you think you can help me out?"
Bela eased back in the booth, sensually crossing her legs as a show for Adam and pretended to ponder. It was true that at the moment she didn’t know where Dean and Sam were at. It was a bit hard to track them since angelic symbols had been branded into their chest, but there were other ways to find the boys besides tracking them directly.
After a moment Bela nodded at him. “Oh I think I might be able to give you a lead that will set you in the right direction. Though it does deem the question, what are you offering as payment?” A confident smile spread across her lips. “After all you can’t very well expect me to provide you with something without getting a token in return, yeah?”
Reaching out she idly played with his hair, letting him think that over. There were still so many things Bela planned on teaching the youngest Winchester before the night was over. By morning he would walk away a smarter man, but she had no doubt that by the time the sun rose, Adam Winchester would loath Bela Talbot as much, if not more than his brothers. Though he won’t be able to say that he did not have a good time while it was happening.
Bela sipped her wine and slowly licked her lips looking over at Adam. "Well what do you have to offer then?"
Well that was another thing Adam didn't consider, one would think you watch enough movies and you'd catch on as to how things like this went down. Of course the information wasn't going to be free you dolt, doesn't matter how nice she was she just wanted to make sure that he was sweetened enough to perhaps give her more money or some ridiculous sales scheme like that. She's probably a professional player, and Adam is getting played as we speak. No interest there, only money on the brain right? Adam pulled out his wallet, which to a Hunter meant nothing, however digging in further he pulled out a pair of keys and placed them on the table. It wasn't his bike, but a car he heisted to get some extra cash but he figured he could cash it in with Bela.
"2009 Ford Mustang, might buy you a couple nice dresses and I'm sure your used to more but it's all I got right now." He started bouncing his leg up in down in a fidgeting manner. Too many distractions, well mainly just one distraction-- Bela. Which was odd considering she was distracting him from herself. It was just, she seemed like a very sensual woman. Probably only a couple years older, but older still and perhaps that's kind of another attracting factor to the whole situation. Perhaps Adam is just admitting to himself he likes older women.
He felt her gaze on him, flattering and on-turning as it was he felt a tad uncomfortable and took a swig of his drink scratching the side of his head. He let out a small sigh and heaved his shoulders in a shrug.
"Not sure what else I could offer to you."

Bela frowned when he offered her a car. After coming back from hell Bela no long required such types of transportation. She could disappear from one spot and reappear wherever it was she wished. It was a much quicker and easier mode of transportation. Even so, the mustang would probably bring in a pretty penny. Though Bela usually preferred items of a certain quality. A 2009 Ford Mustang did not make that particular cut.
Picking up the keys, Bela daintily dangled it off a slim finger. “Well I suppose I can find something to do with this.” She looked over at Adam. “Word of advice, this world usually works on an alternate revenue stream. I prefer items or knowledge of the occult as payment.” Of course she would just turn around sell said items or knowledge to a select cliental. “Though this will do for now.” She closed her hand around the keys and then took a sip of her drink.
“Well then moving on.” Bela moved a strand of hair out of her face and smiled. “Tell me Adam, what is it you know of Dean and Sam?”
Bela was a business woman. Perhaps there was something that Adam had picked up in his travels that would help her achieve her own goal. She may even find out some little tidbit about the Winchester’s that she hadn’t known before. A third Winchester boy had come as a shock. It made Bela wonder what else she didn’t know, and how much of that information would be useful. Since Adam seemed to have such a loose tongue, Bela thought perhaps she could use that to her advantage.
Adam watched as the car keys dangled on her finger, of course she didn't seem as pleased as he'd hoped, as it seemed it doesn't bring in the revenue black market items brought in. Items or knowledge of the occult? Hunters good, demons bad, angels dicks. There was Adam's piece of knowledge on the occult, was there really anymore you needed? Sure, there was knowledge on all sorts of Supernatural creatures but that's stuff you can find at your local library and select specialty stores. Seemed like Adam's definition of occult doesn't stretch to artifacts and priceless pieces that may or may not contain magical and powerful properties.
When her hands closed, his eyes wandered back up to hers. Enchanting weren't they? Despite just losing a car, he seemed awfully content with being in her presence alone, it was rather a delightful meeting he was having. He didn't care if it was some form of customer relations tactic she has going, it's a good one.
“Tell me Adam, what is it you know of Dean and Sam?” Nay a thought crossed his mind leading to believe that this was any kind of suspicious. She was asking a simple, yet pondering question. Why would she be asking him about Dean and Sam? He was the one who needed the information, not her. But Adam took it as a casual question, somewhat of a conversation starter? Perhaps idle curiosity.
"Well I know they're my brothers," Half-brothers but when it's the only family you got, half seems neither here nor there. His hand lifted the drink to his mouth, polishing off the rest of his whiskey and coke beverage. "John Winchester was my father, when me and my mom were attacked by Ghouls she-- Well she's gone now, I survived and I went out seeking John only to find the hospital where he died. From there I found out Dean and Sam, only way I could think of getting ahold of them was calling my dad's cell but no one has been answering it.
I hear talk from other Hunters about the crap they've done to put the world in peril, but a Hunter's word doesn't run far as the word of someone you save. Good things, but still. I want to blame someone for my moms death, and they deserve to know that I exist," He leaned more into his seat and looked over at Bela, unsure if that was more then she needed to know but he assumed once again that it was just a break for conversation. "That's all I really know, you probably know more about them then I do." Adam took out his phone and rubbed the side of his temples and chuckled, he was pretty buzzed as he blinked at the time and then placed his phone on the table idly by in case he had the urge to check the time again, or inform Bela of such if she asked. They were for all intents and purposes done here, well until Bela gives up the information he needs. Adam looked over at her, waiting.
"So how would I find them?"

Bela listened carefully as Adam went on about his brothers. It seemed he didn’t know much about them at all. He was right, Bela did indeed know more about his brothers. Most of the supernatural community knew more about the Winchester’s than the youngest Winchester himself. Well now it seemed John had done a good job keeping the big bad supernatural world separate from Adam’s life. Well until his mother had been eaten by ghouls of course.
"So how would I find them?"
“Well now that’s the question isn’t it?” She sipped her drink and weighed her options. What would be in her best interest? Sure Adam had given her a trinket, but he was naïve to think that people, or in this case demons, like Bela would make things easy on him. She almost wanted to pet him he was so cute, because just by looking at his innocent face she knew he did believe that. Bela loved toying with people. It really had become much more fun since she’d become a demon.
It would be simple just to direct him to Bobby, but why make it easy on him? It would be much more fun this way. Why not send the boy on a wild goose chase for a bit longer? It’ll give him some more experience out in the field. He would be able to thank her later.
“Well unfortunately the Winchester lot travels around quite a bit,” She drummed her fingers on the table as pretended to mull it over. “Though there is one man who might be able to help you. His name is Rufus Turner. He’s a hunter. You can find him in Canaan, Vermont. I believe he’s worked with Dean and Sam before and may have a way to get in contact with them."
It was true. Bela had no doubt that Rufus would know how to get a hold of Bobby, who would in turn present Adam to the Winchesters. Well once he made sure Adam wasn’t a demon, skinwalker or any other sort of supernatural nasty. Adam would indeed find his brothers, but really his token for information had been mild at best. She couldn’t make it so easy on him.
Leaning back in the booth wants more, Bela let a seductive smile cross her face. “So, now that we’ve concluded the business portion of our meeting, what say we move on to a bit of pleasure, yeah?”
Rufus Turner, was he the man to see about finding his brothers? Seemed that way, at least that's what Bela Talbot had to say. Adam smiled, it was a smile filled with gratification and pride, gratification for Bela and pride in himself for seemingly picking the right course of action and following through with meeting this exotic informant of sorts. He still thinks it's a sales pitch, but it's a sales pitch that got him his answer. Fumbling with his phone he wrote down the name Rufus Turner and the city where he resides, information 411 filled in the blanks and he got an address for Rufus' home. After saving the little memo on his phone he quickly placed it back into his coat pocket, seeing Bela leaning back into the booth. Her smile made him sort of tickled red, clearing his throat he folded his hands on the table and smiled a bit looking down at the table.
“So, now that we’ve concluded the business portion of our meeting, what say we move on to a bit of pleasure, yeah?” Adam looked at her and raised his brow. He was rather caught off guard by this proposition. Sort of threw the whole sales pitch theory out the window. She wanted to do something with him? It wasn't that something was it? For all Adam knows what she does for pleasure is stamp collecting.
Adam looked at his phone again, mostly pretending to check the time as if he had to be some place doing something important but truth be told he had no where to be right now. He got the intel he needed, and in the next day or so he'll be on Rufus Turner's door step hopefully getting some info out of the guy about the location of his brothers.
"Uhm, o-okay. Uh what did you have in mind?" He blinked a bit, putting both hands in the pocket of his jacket and leaning forward as if being attentive of what Bela would have to say next. He just really wanted to make sure whatever words decided to come out of her mouth he heard correctly, last thing he wants to do is make himself look like a complete ass for assuming the most out of someone who took an interest in him during what was to be considered a business deal.
