Welcome to SU: Legacy, a next-gen Supernatural RP that takes place in the year 2040. The Men of Letters has expanded to include three base locations across the continental US. Angels and demons have gone mostly dormant but there are still supernatural evils lurking in the shadows. The legacies could use your help. Are you in?

At 10:30 at night on a Friday Clinton Lake was the place to go. A bonfire in the parking lot, lots of under-age kinds drinking, some illegal drug use, loud music, and the promise of police sirens later in the night. It was the first date place for many young girls that wanted to be shown a good time. Caitlynn O'Connor was not a girl that was looking for a good time. She was nervous, she was upset, and she was a virgin. She knew what happened at this perpetual party. She was dressed conservatively. Loose jean tightened at the top with a thick leather belt, a form fitting button up blouse, a little bit of make-up, and tan sandals.
She was tense, even when her boyfriend started to rub her shoulders. He kissed her neck ever so slightly, then her ear, and moved to her lips. He put his hand on her blouse, just below her breast and she pushed his hand away. "No," she said simply.
He turned away angrily, mumbling about how he went through all of this and wasn't even going to get to second base. Caitlynn sobbed softly, just wanting him to take her home. That was when the smoke seeped in. It entered into her nose and mouth, asserted itself into her mind, and took over completely within a matter of seconds.
The sobbing stopped. This body took in a deep breath, wiped her eyes, and sent the boy in her car an appraising look. She shrugged, unfastened the safety belt, and snaked her arms around the boy's shoulders. "Don't tell me you've never heard of ... hard ... to get..." she purred as she kissed his ear. He turned around, smiling lewdly and they ... well ... got it on.
They got it on for several hours and when he had passed out in his car she had gotten out and left him. She walked through the parking lot, no belt on her pants (the button was undone) and even her shirt was unbuttoned. She had received a few ogling glances from the other guys in the parking lot, a few eye rolls from the females, and she took them all in. It was good to be on the surface. And now, she needed to meet up with her Queen.
She was "car shopping" when she passed by a beautiful looking Jaguar. "Nice car," she said to the guy sitting in it. He smiled and told her its history. He even got out of the car to lift the hood and show her the finer points. Even though she was completely inept with what a car engine should look like, she knew she loved the sound of it. She smiled sweetly and used her telekinesis on the mortal, tossing him into the reservoir. She closed the hood, slid into the driver's seat, revved the engine, and peeled off to the appointed meeting spot. It wasn't too far away, but she wanted her Queen to sit in the lap of luxury. Everything had to be just right for the only person she had ever been loyal to...
The woods were cold and dark. It mattered not to Lilith. She loved it soaked it all in. She had left her house with her mother moments ago. She giggled to herself when she looked up to see her mother hanging from the tree above her. She had tried to attack Lilith when the car was parked. It didn't turn out so well for the poor woman. There she hang. Lilith didn't give the woman much thought after that. She had other things on her mind. She had just returned from Hell. After torturing Ruby she knew that the little demon would go back to Sam and tell her everything. Just as Lilith planned she would.
Lilith saw the car pull up. Flashy, but luxurious. Lilith smiled as the car pulled up closer. Igrat finally came to her. She knew her loyal lieutenant would pull through. She had for centuries.
The car's headlights flashed off of the other car pulled into the woods and reflected the body back to Igrat. She smiled watching the body swing in the wind. She parked the car, got out, went to Lilith's side, and opened the door for her to enter. "My Queen, I came as soon as I was out,"she paused and whispered, "I had to leave my brand in a certain thief before I came up, otherwise Alastair would claim her, and really she is becoming one of my best proteges."
She would close the door as soon as Lilith was inside the car, if she chose to enter. Then she would get into the driver's seat. "Is it true, then? Was it John Winchester's son that .... broke?" She was excited. She didn't have a big hand in torturing Dean, but she sure did love to play with his father. "That's what the old Ali-cat said." The old Ali-cat, Igrat's affectionate name for the demon who taught her finer points of torture.
Lilith smiled and nodded at Igrat. She slided into the car and buckled up. Igrat came around and got in the drivers side. Lilith smiled and looked at Igrat "Hello my dear Igrat. Thank you for coming and getting me. It's been too long my faithful servant." Lilith looked Igrat up and down. Flashy just like the car. Just like Igrat. Lilith's eyes changed white and Lilith smiled as Igrat talked about her latest project
"Is it true, then? Was it John Winchester's son that .... broke?"
Lilith nodded "Oh yes. John's son Dean broke the first seal. Thanks to Alastair this was all possible. He of course has gotten a big head about it. It was supposed to be John that broke the first seal, but even Alastair couldn't break him. He supposedly killed Azazel and went to Heaven. We thought we lost it all, that is until good ole Dean Winchester showed up." Lilith giggled at the mention of the name. Poor Dean. It was all his fault and he knew it. The Angel Castiel tore him out of her territory to have him stop her. Lilith made a mental note to see Castiel and silence that winged rat forevermore.
"I am so glad to say that now that Dean has broken the first seal that the rest of our plans have gone out without a hitch. Although we have had a few setbacks from the Angels."Lilith's eyes burned with dark energy as she thought of how many failed attempts there had been on different seals. She would have won by now if it wasn't for the Winchesters and their angels.
Igrat put the car into reverse, turned it around and drove it onto an main road. She giggled with glee that her Queen's plans had been continuing with force. A bit of a scowl crossed her face at the mention of Angels, then it was allieviated a bit when she thought of the many ways she can make a prideful Angel fall. She had a familiar glint in her eyes and Lilith would immediately know her plot, turning the chaste into sexual deviants. It was what she excelled at. "Surely we would have an easier time if a few Angels saw things from our point of view."She said with a grin.
She drove for a bit in silence before she turned into the Holiday Inn Express & Suites within the city limits of Lawrence. She waved the vallet away, parked the car herself, and opened the door for her Queen. She then escorted her inside. Another black-eyed demon sat behind the counter. She lowered her head reverentially and slid them two access cards to rooms right next to each other. Igrat would never presume to share a room with her Queen. Peasants do not sleep with nobility.
Lilith followed Igrat into the Hotel. The demoness at the front desk didn't say anything, but showed her black eyes and gave them their room eyes. It was not there place to ask questions of their mistress. Lilith smiled at the control she had over the weaklings of her race. While they walked to their rooms Lilith commented on what Igrat said earlier in the car "It would be interesting to have an Angel on our side. The problem with Angels though is that they can never be corrupted by us. They usually fall when in contact with other Angels. Although having a powerful fallen Angel would break one of the seals in itself. The most powerful one of them all. The Seal of Darkest Night. I didn't want to tackle that one, but it seems prudent to do so." Lilith thought as she opened her room key and motioned for Igrat to follow.
Lilith giggled and ran for the bed. She started to jump on the bed and laughed like the little girl she had picked for her host. She then stopped suddenly sitting indian style "In any case. I truly wish for Sam Winchester to turn to evil. With Sam turned against Dean the brothers would be divided and I could kill them both off in one quick slash of my dagger. Then and only then will we be safe." Lilith looked out into the darkness of the balcony. Then she suddenly turned to Igrat with a devilish smile on her face. "Lets order room service!"
"It would be interesting to have an Angel on our side. The problem with Angels though is that they can never be corrupted by us. They usually fall when in contact with other Angels. Although having a powerful fallen Angel would break one of the seals in itself. The most powerful one of them all. The Seal of Darkest Night. I didn't want to tackle that one, but it seems prudent to do so."
Celeste followed Lilith into the hotel room, her eyes scanning the hallway before she closed and locked the door. She smiled as she moved over to the bed stand and opened it up. Instead of the customary King James Bible within, there lay a copy of the Satanic Bible in the original words of Anton LaVey, and just as a playful joke, a copy of the supposed Necromicon. "Humans write the damnedest things," she said with a smile before getting back into business, "It wouldn't be hard to find a jaded Angel with a hate for the human race. Lucifer knows a lot of them are resentful of these...creatures."
She shrugged, flipping thru the Bible. "Wasn't there mention in the old Texts about an Angel of Wrath? Couldn't we search out this wrathful one? I mean, the promise of the Beautiful Fallen One and the rewards that would follow would be far too difficult to ignore. And then this wrathful one could get others to our side." She watched Lilith jump up and land on the bed. "I'd say send a succubus to them, but Ruby has probably worked all of her prepubescent charms on the boy. Maybe hire a mercenary to go after the other brother emotionally, he's bound to be broken up after Hell." She closes the Bible and tilts her head.
She opens the drawer again and takes the menu out. She hands it to her Queen. "The usual bacon cheeseburger and hot fudge sundae, my Queen?"
Lilith watched as Igrat looked over the silly Satanic bible. She waved her hand and laughed at the foolish mortals feeble attempt at darkness. Only through Hell did one truly know darkness only through the ranks of Lucifer's Fallen Army did one know what true evil was. "You would be surprised what a foolish human writes. I doubt that any of that stuff is real. I mean if I'm not in the Satanic Bible then it isn't worth reading. The Queen of Seduction. The Damned Wife of Adam. The Demoness of Chaos and Murder herself!" Lilith lifted up her fist then stopped suddenly and laughed wildly. The laugh turned into a girlish giggle and then she stopped and sighed.
Lilith turned and turned over Igrat's idea. It had much merit to it. There was a reason why she had kept Igrat around for so long after all. It was hard to become Lilith's second in command without a few smarts at least. "You are correct in assuming that some angels do not wish to follow His divine plan. I have heard of some angels actually aiding some of us in our plans to break the seals. Which is one of the reasons we are doing so well for ourselves. One problem with Angels though. They feel that our plan has merit, but that we are just little whelps who thought of it first. They don't want to work for me, but with me."
Lilith plopped on the bed and sighed once more then suddenly an idea struck her. Why didn't she think of this before! It was the best idea she's had to rid herself of the Winchesters. "I have it Igrat! A succubus or a mercenary would work well, but there is one thing..more like person..that could get to Dean Winchester far more then any succubus can. And with Dean comes Sam. Without his big brother around be becomes cruel and dark and easier to manipulate. Only one person could whisk Dean away and back to the bitter memories of Hell. The pain and the pleasure he had. Without their holy warrior to stop me they won't have a prayer!"
Lilith laughed wildly and clapped her hands. She kicked her feet and giggled for a bit. She looked over to Igrat her tone dark and foreboding. Her eyes turning white and a dark creepy smile slowly made it's way to her face. "We need Bela Talbot."
Igrat smiled at Lilith's burst of laughter and giggles, she was used to her sudden outbursts. She picked up the phone, dialed room service and told them she wanted the usual. That was the good thing about a demon-run establishment, everything was free for fellow demons. "True, the Angels would not wish to work for you, but when Lucifer walks they will have no choice if he forces them into your servitude. You are one of his Queens, after all. And the one to have raised him? You will be his only Queen!"
The books fell to the floor with a thud at the mention of Bela Talbot. She gathered them and shut them into the drawer. She turned to face Lilith with a look of absolute and utter gleefulness on her face. Emotional turmoil! She loved watching emotional turmoil almost as much as sex. She almost giggled like Lilith for a moment. "It's never a dull moment serving you, my Queen." She almost leaped into the air clapping when there was a knock at the door.
She put on her 'serious' face and looked out through the peep-hole. It was room service. She opened the door, a young demon stood on the other side. He handed her the trays, gave her a bit of a lewd look, and tilted her head to the side. "Yes, I know...I'm sexy and you want to see our Queen. I'll be in my room later tonight if you think you could handle me, and only the Queen says when you can look upon her face." She stepped away from the door. "If you come to my room later, I'll give you your tip." And with that the door slammed in his face.
"True, the Angels would not wish to work for you, but when Lucifer walks they will have no choice if he forces them into your servitude. You are one of his Queens, after all. And the one to have raised him? You will be his only Queen!"
Lilith giggled a bit and smiled at the flattery. Lucifer would in fact choose her to be the true Queen of Hell. She was in fact the oldest female demon. Adam's first wife. Left paradise willingly to become her own demoness.
Lilith smiled as the books fell to the floor once Lilith told Igrat who she really wanted to pull from the depths of Hell.
"It's never a dull moment serving you, my Queen."
Lilith smiled and put her head up high in a mock statue. "Yes yes i know. You don't last this long as a Queen of Hell without a few good ideas hehe. Now to formulate a way to get her onto the surface. With the Devils Gate closed we would need her to sneak out. Being a new demon she might not know the old ways out of Hell as we do. " A knock at the door interrupted Lilith's plans and she scowled at the bell hop wishing to offer the food to his Queen personally. Little grubs wanting to see the one they work for. To take a glimpse of power that they can only dream of dreaming of. Igrat took the food and after offering herself as a tip, which got a smile from Lilith. "When i do so wish it then that poor little whelp can gaze upon his Mistress, but now i wish to be in peace." Igrat brought the food over to Lilith and Lilith jumped off the bed to sit at the counter with her food. She smiled and opened the plate to see her bacon cheeseburger. She clapped and dug in.
Between bites Lilith looked up at Igrat "First thing is first. We need to find out where exactly the Winchester boys are. If we don't know where they are hiding out it wouldn't be prudent to call up a vengeful demon and tell her to wait a bit while we locate them. She may get restless and lose focus. We don't want that."
"First thing is first. We need to find out where exactly the Winchester boys are. If we don't know where they are hiding out it wouldn't be prudent to call up a vengeful demon and tell her to wait a bit while we locate them. She may get restless and lose focus. We don't want that."
Igrat opened her own box of food, a chicken cordon bleu sandwich. She bit into it, savoring the fact that the human that made it had sold his soul for his cooking ability. It was quite possibly the best thing he has ever done with his life. She tilted her head as her Queen said they wouldn't want a vengeful demon with nothing to do, she smirked a bit, and replied, "We don't?" She took another bite of her sandwich with a feigned perplexed expression. "So, we're going to need to find a witch with divining powers. Or someone who was a witch with divining powers."
She went deep into though, a low chuckle escaped her a few times as the image of Ruby appeared in her head. Images of her being tortured until she did the rituals needed to find the Winchester brothers. As those images faded she looked up with a Cheshire grin, "We could always find Ruby. She's bound to be easier to track than the mortals. We are all connected, after all." Her hand turned black and smoky, ready to drip the liquid brimstone to the earth. She chuckled as her hand changed back.
Lilith pondered over the idea of using Ruby. She took another bite of her bacon cheeseburger Then she shook her head in a no "It would work if Ruby wouldn't double cross me again. She has betrayed me twice already. I have no wish to make her work with us ever again. The only time i wish to see Ruby is dead. Not just her body, but her the demon. She will never be honored with my presence again." Lilith's eyes turned white and she gritted her teeth. She hated Ruby. She wasn't sure who Ruby truly worked for. She was worried that Ruby was working for another nameless demon that Lilith didn't know about.
Lilith giggled. What a foolish idea. Ruby always attached herself to men and dragged them as far to darkness that she could. Her eyes still white Lilith looked hard at Igrat. Her smile one of insanity and power. "There is one witch that I have heard whispered in the darkness. One with a gift for the dark arts. THe power over the dead. She could aid us in bringing Bela's demonic soul into a body of our choosing..She would take some convincing, but I think it can be done with some bargaining. I need the Dark Witch Lydia. Tomorrow we must call her first thing. Tonight i wanna stay up late and watch funny movies after your tip with that whelp of course...That is IF I DON"T KILL HIM FOR HIDING BEHIND THE DOOR!!!"
A crash came from behind the door and a yelp followed the fleeting footsteps of one scared demon. Lilith smiled. It was good to be the Queen.
Igrat put her sandwich down and wiped her face with a napkin. She shook her head fervently, she would never want to work with Ruby. But she was not adverse to using Ruby to reach her own goals. "My Queen, I would never wish to work with that traitorous wench. I meant only use our connection to track her, she's bound to be sleeping with her pet." A sneer reached her face when she thought of Ruby with Sam. It was one thing to use a mortal for physical pleasures, but to create some sort of relationship with them? That was just unnatural. Sick.
Tomorrow we must call her first thing."
"Yes, my Queen. Still, we must find the thorns in your side, that the mouse may pluck them." Yes...she did just reference Aesop.
Tonight i wanna stay up late and watch funny movies after your tip with that whelp of course...That is IF I DON"T KILL HIM FOR HIDING BEHIND THE DOOR!!!"
She snickered when her Queen yelled at the bellhop. She heard the frightened footsteps fall away and shook her head. "Poor sap, he couldn't handle me anyway. What do you want to watch? I didn't think anything these humans created purposely would be worth watching." She wouldn't chase after him, nobody is worth chasing unless her Queen commanded it.
"My Queen, I would never wish to work with that traitorous wench. I meant only use our connection to track her, she's bound to be sleeping with her pet."
Lilith waved her hand. Killing the idea. She wanted Ruby in no way shape or form to aid them. Even is she didn't know it. Ruby was an annoyance. Lilith sat in concentration "We do not need any connection. It has been too long since either of us have been on this plane. We need a new up and becoming threat to join forces with. Why use Ruby when we can ally ourselves with Lydia, and gain a new way to battle the angels."
Lilith smiled and giggled at her own plan. She had heard whispers about this dark witch Lydia. Lilith wanted to know more about her. Having a powerful witch on her side could do wonders for her plans. She might even take the chance to try to make a deal with this woman. Human lives are only a speck compared to her own longevity. Any dark soul would wish to become a demon when they die.
Lilith played with her hair for a bit. Checking to see if her disney princess hair pins were still in place. Smiled into the mirror with eyes white. "We should be sleeping soon. These bodies won't take care of themselves. Then we will contact Lydia, and then we will bring back Bela. I may possible switch bodies for a bit. You can't be as imposing in this little body. I may need a body closer to my original." Lilith sighs and continues "Oh I don't know. Either way I could just force them to obey me. Send a Hellhound to tear a piece of their skin of bit by bit. Or just rip off some fingernails." Lilith smiled into the mirror with her white eyes and giggled.
Igrat silenced herself when her Queen waved her hand. The subject of Ruby was henceforth dropped. Her head bowed low, her eyes devoid of emotion. Becoming allies with this Lydia woman seemed like a brilliant idea. She just hoped that this witch would be loyal to her Queen. She stood up, gathered the trash from the food, and tossed it all into the bin. She took the bag from the bin, tied it, and put it outside. She saw the bellhop not too far down. She whistled to him and pointed to her own room door. She winked and closed her Queen's door.
She walked over to her Queen and knelt before her. "As you wish, My Queen. I will take my leave and prepare for tomorrow, with your blessing, of course." She heard her hotel room door open and close. She smirked at how easy it is to manipulate males, even male demons. "Would you like anything? A drink?" She smiled when Lilith went on about torturing. Oh, she loved to torture. And her Queen looked so adorable when explaining the details of what she would do to the Winchesters.
It felt weird for a moment, to be both proud of the love of torture her Queen had and reverent of her methods. This must be what its like to go insane. If that is true, then so be it. She would gladly face the darkness of mental ailments for her Queen.
